New paypal ,received payment instatly from customer !!any explain ??

i have a friend has new paypal account (( personal account )) ,never used ..first sale transaction ,payment from buyer posted to his pp balance with no hold !!! available at his pp balance !!!!!
any explanation ???

Yes that happens occasionally. Few payments will be instant while others will b on hold.

1. What's the deal with using "!"? :)

2. My gadgets is correct - can happen occasionally, few factors involved.

3. Have your friend join the forum

" ! " because what i know pp new account // sellers get payment received on hold ..... not only me but sure many members here in this forum think so , so was good to post this thread to have answers from experienced guys here ..

Of the last 5 accounts I made, 4 didn't get a 21 days hold. However only 3 stayed like this and 1 of the 4 got the 21 days hold after about 3-4 weeks, probably because one of my customers made a request with ebay.
