Funds available but Paypal forcing to add credit card
 

Hi,

I have 1 year old UAE based paypal account that's already verified by credit card and I have withdrawn (to bank account + transfer to other accounts) thousands dollars from this account.

Right now I have $70 in my account and I am trying to buy some subscription based product (value $12) from GoDaddy and when I try to pay, Paypal force me to add credit card and don't allow me to complete purchase.

How to solve this problem?

It's not your account problem. GoDaddy merchant system requires credit card added to your paypal account. So you can purchase only when you add card to paypal.

ya on some website it shows you like that happen with me too

Add a prepaid card, if they have those where you are.
