hi,can anyone help me,ive been paypal permanantly limited so no paypal account,if i open up a stealth paypal and use it with my old ebay would i get limited again?????

Unfortunately linking your old eBay to a new PayPal will just link it to the old banned PayPal account as EB & PP share account details. It may work at first, but it's not guaranteed.
