Help with paypal
Me and my friend just made accounts we added our credit card (both of us) and we also verified it with the 4 digit code (we didnt add bank account, only credit card with confirmation).
He asked for 0.5$ (cause he wanted to buy a stuff online) and I was like ok, I wanted to send it to him but paypal just said "Sorry we can't send you payment right now if the problem continues contact customer support"... I have way more than 0.5$ on my credit card and it just doesnt let me send 0.5 from CC...
Can the Bank account be the problem? Or the problem is that both of us has new accounts?
