Sending payment but....Quick security check
 

I have a stealth acc, but when I click on send it say to send a message to a phone number. Will eventually take off automatically in a few days? or if I don't receive that message I'll can't send any payments?

I am wondering the same. Trying to pay an invoice and it asks for my mobile number and won't let me add a new one but still shows my active mobile number confirmed.

It depends.. did you get account security e-mails for the account from PP? If so, that security check won't go away until you can verify the identity on the account. If it is random, you might have it go away randomly & it may be that you're logging in with a shady IP at that time.
