Restored Paypal Suspended Ebay

Hi my paypal was recently restored and well established but my ebay account has an MC011 restriction my question is , is it safe to add that paypal account to a new ebay account, i dont want to waste this paypal account i want to continue sales on it

No. You can't use it again for EB. But you CAN use it other places.
