How can this keep happening
 

They ask for a phone number even though mines verified. I verify a new one but every time I get to the withdraw screen it asks for me to add a number. I try to type in the number I've confirmed and it says this number doesn't appear to be in your name.

There has been an ingoing issue with paypal. By now i think over 3years.

Also a quick note, you can not keep adding a phone number. That totally confuses the system.

I did call them. Also called them on my last account which I posted about and it did no good. They limited that account for no reason.

I was told they cannot help me. Which I think is kind of bs because it's ebay and you're selling your stuff, how is it they can make my money sit idle. This account is verified 3 ways I don't get it. Can't withdraw to the bank that's linked and can't use the funds.

I also have a business account linked to my website and the PayPal id I'm talking about can't even make a purchase from it.
