Ebay vs Paypal linking
 

Hello. Question. I currently have my own Ebay and Business Paypal up and running for 3 years. Surely im on thin ice due to multiple Warnings from Ebay. So ive cleaned up my act to prevent the account from getting suspended.

So in the meantime I purchased an Ebay & paypal stealth account, just as a back up plan. While signing on to my new gmail for the stealth account for the first time, I signed on with my old ip address. I saw an ebay email and clicked on it. the email started loading images so I closed the email. Now im scared Ive been linked. And now im scared to use the New ebay stealth account incase it gets banned , then im scared my real account and business will go down by getting linked.

FIRST question- am I screwed already just because I opened the new Stealth gmail account on my old ip address and images loaded?

SECOND question - Since only my ebay would have been linked in this case by opening an ebay message on the gmail with my old account ip. Could I possibly just use my the new Stealth accounts Paypal to sell on other websites excluding ebay, and if somehow this stealth Paypal got suspended , would my old Paypal account that is within good standing be linked? Or is only my old good running Ebay in danger, if my Stealth ebay gets suspended, since I opened an ebay email with images loaded on the stealth gmail?

Hope this makes sense. Just worried about this. Thank you for any help .

Hmmm, if that email did not fully load, I am inclined to think there as no link because you cancelled everything.

Please just confirm the image did not fully load.

I really couldn't say for sure. dammit. Did I just waste 260 dollars on the Ebay and Paypal stealth account? $50 on ip burger? $15 on on new phone for the stealth account? Im terrified to use the new stealth account now, because I would die if it got suspended then linked my real business ebay and payal and killed it.. Wow

Isnt Gmail supposed to protect against the linking though automatically with images and all that? I never clicked any links or anything but.. damn

How have you set gmail?

OK> I am truly going to reach out to you. Like many others here I have truly loaded images like you described. I have canceled the full loading. I have pulled the powerpoint on the computer. Heck. I have thought of trying to drown the link. But then decided to not waste the coffee.

What are your present emails settings?

I now have the ( ask before displaying external images ) checked. all other settings are default. And i did all this before i recieved my fresh Ip from ip burger and signed on to my stealth ebay and paypal for the first time.

So I've been told that I'm ok because no matter what Google will rehost the images and have a Google ip for the endpoint, even if you dont have the ask before displaying external images checked. What's your opinion on this
