Newbie question

Recently got email from ebay about the restricted account and my appeal was denied. (Due to association with other account)

I am preparing to create the another EB account and want to find some advise from others
I was using paypal account that linked to my business checking account and want to use same business account for new ebay account(I will create the new savings account for it)

My EB is done, but PP is still active with no issues
