Paypal Account limitation 1 of 2 banks accounts attached?
 

Hi guys,

Very odd situation that I have never seen or read before.

One of my paypal business accounts has 2 bank accounts attached.

1. Business Bank Account with matching info
2. Savings account

I have been withdrawing to both for 7yrs on regular basis. I don't want to explain why, just what's happening.

When I tried to withdraw to Savings I got notification to confirm some information (Address, and Tax info)

I confirmed it and it put a limitation on account. However, the limitation is to the savings only. I can still do everything normally accept not on savings. Very strange as account shows limitation, but again only to savings. I can do everything else just fine except when withdrawing to savings.

Strange thing is the documentation they are asking for I have already uploaded in the past. Before, I proceed I wanted to get some clarity.

This is first time I've seen this in 9yrs of stealth.

I got the exact same thing but I ignored it. I transferred $500 to attached and when paypal got up to $1000 went to transfer another $500 and that popped up.

Sounds like a glitch to me - something that a quick call to them could fix on the spot.

I've had more than one bank account attached, and withdrawn to either or both, but the other is new to me.
