(2) Verified your "identifying information" doesn't mean bank or SSN. Although it indirectly means SSN. They will look up your name and address in public record. And ask 3 personal questions "name of your first car" "previous address you lived at" etc.
If you use stealth you have made up name, so if it matches someone else then you won't be able to answer questions. but more than likely 99% it won't match to an person and by default they can't verify "identifying info" because you have no identity and they will flag your account.
It's like requiring a 90% on a test to pass. But if you don't show up to take the test (i.e. they can't generate question based on your identity) then by default you automatically failed.
Doesn't affect me because I transfer to banks.
Just FYI with every update it gets worse and worse: higher fees, more security, etc etc. Any time you get update of TOS, always assume the worst. This is how you stay ahead. |
