Cannot add VCC to PayPal

I cannot add VCC to PayPal. It gives me this error - "We were unable to process your credit card registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date"

PayPal asks Credit Card confirmation after sending ID and address proof for 2500 eur.

Did you get the VCC from our marketplace?

If so, have a convo with the seller right away and explain the situation.

No, I tried my own bank VCC card.

There could be any number of reasons for not accepting your vcc.

Just try again another day. If it still doesnt work then just get a different card. Theres plenty of dedicated providers in the marketplace here that can help.

Are you trying your own VCC, or your own actual card from the bank?

RE the 2500. The card isn't what gets that lifted.
