Debit card instant transfer and mobile app?
 

A couple questions here. I love PayPals mobile transfer. I've seen here that it's safe to attach your bank account to PayPal to withdraw, but what about attaching a debit card? Is there a way to get around putting a name for them, or putting a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name for the debit card or something?

Another thing that I've been on the phone with PayPal about recently... I can only instant transfer through their app for some reason, even though they say that I should see the option to on the main website. I don't, just on mobile. To make matters worse, I haven't been able to transfer on mobile at all. It keeps telling me it's unable to, even after restarting my phone or uninstalling the app. Very frustrating as I've come to rely on the instant transfer.
