eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - What VCC links to PayPal

I would wait a few days. Paypal made some changes today. I cant get ANY cards to work including real debit and credit cards.

Hopefully it is a glitch.

Can anybody else report if this is true? I had it happened on 2 accounts today that none of my onevanilla gift cards worked. Didn’t think it was other cards having this issue also

So I was able to get some cards linked to my PayPal but cant connect my paypal to my ebay account. It just keeps loading and then it said some proxy server issue and im not using any proxy. Using my real ip

Connected two cards today to two separate accounts and had no problems. Even transferred money to one of the cards and it went through in a couple of minutes. But it does seem like PP is def changing some things around.
