Quick question regarding Stealth Guide

Hello users how are you guys doing?
I'm looking forward to buy the stealth guide.
I don't use or plan to use ebay but i use a lot of paypal is it still worth it?
And second I'd like to know how can you buy the guide with PayPal since it's asking for my CC.

The stealth guide will teach you the basics either for paypal or eBay.

It is worth it because the guide will get updated live when there's a necessary change.
