PayPal gateway timeout
 
Keep getting a gateway timeout on Billing Agreement for Pre-approved Payments to eBay page.


I get this message.

''Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Reference #1.4e49d117.1520963722.3880ea9e''

Which is extremely annoying because I can't list anything on any of my new stealth accounts right now.

Wait it out. Don't force it.
See if still does that after 2am PST.

well, their website is always buggy and they always have issues.
