So I've been perm banned. Urgent info needed.
 

So my paypal has been perm banned at the weekend as they claim that I'm a potential risk.

I really need to get back up and running. The only items I sell are mobile phones.. Is this a category that will flag up heavily with paypal? I cleared about £8000 in the account within the space of the last two weeks cleared £6000. Never had any paypal disputes as of yet.

I've got through the process of account limitation by eBay.. (Important information about your eBay selling privileges) where they limited it and I had to provide proof of ID, utility bill proof of invoices which I only supplied a computer I bought myself lol for one of my listings that I recently had on there...

Before my paypal got limited it was a PERSONAL ACCOUNT, when it got limited and I uploaded the docs and I changed it to a business account.

I just have a couple questions that would be great if someone could answer for me.

1) The ONLY items I sell on eBay are mobile phones, will this raise flags with paypal?

2)Obviously I'm a business so going forward on a new account, should I stick to creating a business account, not a personal one?

3)I can quickly make £5000-10000 a week with my phones, even though I can make this quick should I limit the sales I do through eBay going into my Paypal account for the first few weeks/months of the new paypal account, if so by how much?

4)Withdrawal of money: Is withdrawing the funds quickly as soon as it becomes aviabale too much of a risk as it will raise flags? When I added a new bank account it always said they need a bit more information about this transaction so would take 72 hours.. - I'm guessing when you get a message like this, the account/payments that were requested to be withdrawn on there get manually reviewed? As my withdrawals got cancelled.

5) It was a few weeks ago since eBay temp suspended my account to provide invoices, ID, and utility bills.. even though they were happy to lift the account limitation, should I still create a new eBay selling account? If I was to create a new paypal account and use the ok eBay account, will it somehow flag up on paypal's side?

If anyone has any tips or advice for my case or any recommendations for paypal/ebay stealth sellers on here,that will be greatly appreciated.

1 - They are high risk so yes at first they will raise flags. I would go with lower risk items to start

2 - Either or at first is fine. You can always upgrade to a business account when volume really picks up

3 - You want to go way way slower than that. 10% of the volume really. I would just run a few accounts instead of the single account personally

4 - Slow and steady at first is your best bet.

5 - Yes it would link the accounts. You need a new everything

Go with Jamesnorth101, spot on, best advice you can get.

This kind of selling is usually going to be a problem. Find something else to sell or be prepared to have this happen over and over again.

So for you to start fast the best way is to actually learn to understand what's going on with eBay and Paypal. How to come back on and how to operate correctly.

You can do this by getting the stealth guide .

Next step is to not just create those accounts you learned how to from the guide, but also to get some pre-made accounts from our marketplace in this forum.

So this way you have accounts you created yourself that you'll learn how to make and operate and you have pre-made high limit accounts you can start using right away.

@OP, mobile phones are risky like any electronics - dangerous to sell on a brand new account. Make backup accounts and rotate as you build rep and credibility.
