Friends and family safe?

All of my payments come in the form of friends and family. Is it against the TOS to receive payments as friends and family and not good and services? Also does it send red flags to PayPal?

Not against TOS, but it'll get you suspended and booted anyway.

Not everything that is against the TOS is a good idea.
