Question about stealth paypal identification
 

Considering the fact that Stealth accounts are created with well Stealth or anonymous information in most if not all cases, my question is this- if I upgrade a stealth account from personal to business account, how do I scale the obstacles PP throw in my way, for example if my account gets temporarily limited and Paypal asks for business registration information, proof of address and other business documents, how do I get my hands on these? anyone offering these services or is it safe to say the account is done at that point?
