Possible news about new paypal update
 

I had to call ebay for 0/0 limit.When i called they did something new. They would not raise the limit until i added a vba to the account to verify my identity .

I asked why , and they said it was because paypal's new update that is comming next month . Since i did not show up in the public database , she said i could only withdraw to a bank or some credit cards.

I am not sure how true it is , but the eBay agent was nice and she still raised my limit after, so i kind of believe her.
