paying Ebay Postage
 

So I am trying to ship a product I sold to France, I have $786 in paypal balance, when I try to click on paypal shipping it says the cost $13.30 exceeds your balance to pay this please attach a new credit card? What I cannot pay shipping with paypal balance?

Update, So I went on Help in paypal and it states I can only use paypal to pay for goods, sevices or postage if my ID is verified, so the ONLY thing I can do with my money is transfer to my bank? What the heck?

That sounds like the new rules that are supposed to be going into effect on April 19th.

I don't buy my labels through EB or PP so I'm not so familiar with that, phaz0rz is the expert on mailing matters.

So verify the ID, they want a full name, DOB & last 4 of the SSN and a bank account, but you have a bank account attached already.

Or transfer to your bank and buy through Stamps.com or some other service.

ebay shipping system is a slow and inefficient way of handling orders anyways. If you sell on multiple accounts or have any volume at all, automate your shipping with a service such as shipstation. 500 orders takes about 5 minutes to print.
