Canadian USD Bank account to link with paypal

Hello,

Does anyone use / know a Canadian Bank Account(s) for keeping $USD currency and can link to paypal account?

I tried tangerine USD saving account but, it is unable to link to paypal.

Go to RBC and open a US based bank account with their Centura affiliate.
