Avoiding Chargeback
 

I just did transaction with somebody, and I need to know how to avoid chargebacks. If I transfer the money into another account and then into my account will my final account receive a charge back or will only the first/second account receive the chargeback?

Welcome to the forum.

Your objective should be to try and avoid having chargebacks in the first place. Chargebacks are not normal. It usually means the person sending the money to you either claims they didn't, or they felt they didn't get what they paid for.

So, unless you are NOT screwing over people, or receiving fraudulent funds, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

To answer your question, if PayPal feels there was fraud involved, they can certainly dip into your other account(s) to recover the money. it will largely depend on some other factors as well.

Yanking your money out of the account doesn't prevent a chargeback... it only draws your account negative when the complaint is opened and lost, and causes eventual suspension.
