Safe to finally use paypal at home??
 

Had my personal paypal suspended maybe 3-4 years ago.

Made new ebay + paypal, friend gave me his info for $10 (LOL he doesn't use/care about ebay/paypal), social verified, drivers license on file etc.

I have a personal computer at work so for the past 3-4 years I only use paypal at work. I used it at some other public places on rare occasion (library, coffee shop, etc.).

I use the ebay account at home computer (not sure if it's same computer I got suspended with) and with free VPN (probably not a good idea but whatever) 3-4 years no issues. But I have never used my paypal account at home.

I am not going to use home computer, but maybe ipad and download ebay app (ipad has never logged into paypal) but want to use it on home network, maybe with vpn. Will this be safe?

Can they see vpn? Will they see ip from 3-4 years ago?

A friend gave you his SSN? Wow. You gonna pay his taxes for him, since it'll be reported in HIS name?

Do you still have the same ip from several years ago? If not, you're good there.

That said, using your friend's info is gonna make him liable for your income on his taxes. I hope he doesn't collect any sort of disability or what not cause it's gonna get jacked.
