Can I get my friends to bill my stealth account?
 

I have 5 friends that have paypal accounts. DO you think each one of them can bill my stealth account for $500 each with out causing issues?

If not what would be the suggested route to go?

Yeah, I can't add a bank account right now. Account is not limited.

Any suggestions?

Not the greatest of ideas as James indicated - 1 time billing might be ok but why can't you add a bank account OP?

It’s asking me confirm my phone number to add a new bank account. A phone in which I don’t have. What should I do?

You probably could get your money out this way (though it's possible some of your friends may run into problems by receiving a $500 payment on an account which doesn't usually receive any payments) but it's not worth the risk if this is an account you plan to keep using. Paypal will pick up on the pattern and limit all accounts involved if you turn this into a regular thing.

Safest course of action (and the only safe one long term) is to add a new phone number to your PP account and wait for the new number to be recognized by PP's "security check" system. Forum wisdom dictates a 3-4 month wait is necessary before you'll be able to receive the verification text/call on the new phone, and that's also been my experience.
