I have a new paypal account but they seem to have put new limits??

Sending limit £2.190.21

Withdraw limit per month £500.00

Withdraw limit per year £650.00

Have you guys seen these limits on your new accounts??

That's the standard limits on an unverified account.

Verify the account and it will remove all 3 of them.

The EU receiving limit will still be there but it is no longer "visible" on the "View Limits" page.

Totally normal

Add in a bank account and they will remove those limits

CC is not needed for the UK.
