The ebay and paypal account have 2 different names, adresses will it work
 

My paypal is down. But my ebay is good. I never linked them in ebay except when I posted auctions I put paypal email there.
If I open new paypal with different ip and all info and I will link it to my old ebay will that work? If new paypal gets limited and I send the docs will it get connected to old paypal tru ebay? (all new info) I changed all the info on my old ebay as well.
I'm assured by this forum that paypal may link them one day but I just don't think so.

Now it does get to be a little more risky if you are adding a new PayPal to an eBay where its prior PayPal was permanently limited - however still, in these days when eBay and PayPal are completely separate companies, even doing this might work well. ONE SUGGESTION when you do this is to CHANGE the address on the eBay so that no address associated with either the eBay or the new PayPal is associated with a banned account.

I don't think eBay will be suspended I think PayPal may not lift limitation. Maybe they will never notice that's my hope. I bet lots of people here did this and would like to hear stories from some one who did it.
