I will receive $50 to my stealth PP. Should sender choose "family/friends" and what should he write to the description that if pp asks me where this money comes from in the future?

Sender should not choose friends and family

Make the description look like a purchase receipt

Safest way is to invoice from the receiving account and put in a description. It tends to draw less attention to the account than a F&F payment would.
