Withdrawing money from PayPal
 

Hi,

I’m just wondering if I have a stealth account under a completely different name to mine , can I add a bank which is under my name or will that be a problem to withdraw with?

Welcome to the forum.

First off, I highly recommend you get and read the Stealth Guide first and follow it because it contains many things that can't easily be given here. In fact, it's pretty lengthy and there are a lot of tidbits that will walk you though the process.

You can use your existing bank account(s) even if the PayPal's are in a different name. Just be sure those are with REAL high street banks, not the online ones. Since you are in the UK, some people have said to steer clear of Lloyds or TSB, but I have no personal experience with those two. Maybe one of the other members from the UK will chime in with some recommendations.

You add your own bank account to paypal. Input the sort code and account number, set it up, then withdraw like normal.

Most banks work fine. As mentioned, lloyds and tsb have caused issues in the past due to mistmatching names, so avoid using them.
