Paypal stealth withdrawing limit
 

Hello having a Paypal stealth all working fine until today, when was going to withdraw money to my bankaccount when it said "Withdrawing limit" and need to confirm my credit card. So what do i do here? Since my credit card is in my real name and the account for sure isnt. Thank you.

Paypal cannot see the name of the credit card holder.
Get it linked to the paypal account and that should do the trick.

Message was they was gonna withdraw like 1,5 euro then put it back just to see the account is mine so this doesnt cause any problems doing this?

It's normal. They just want to confirm that you own the card.

Yes but how do they confirm that exactly? They withdraw 1,5 euro and put them back. They can´t see the name of the cardholder matching the paypal account name so how do they confirm? Just wanna know so i learn.

You shld have reach a certain withdrawal limit, you need to confirm your card and it shld be raised

PP will send a 1.50 Euro charge to your card. After few days you can see in your card statement/online banking 4 digit code. You enter the code in PP and the card is confirmed.

Do you mean I can use 1 checking account for 2 Paypal, 1 is used with debit card, 1 is use with routing and account number?

use the card to verify your account and then input the 4 digit code to complete the verification dont worry they cant see the name on your card

If I have stealth PayPal account under my uncle's name for example and I link a credit card that is under my name.
I know they can't see my name but they ask for a billing address and it is for sure different then the address on that account.
What should I do? can't they see that the info is not the same and limit my withdraw?
What about the verification when they charge the credit card, can't they see the full information (address and zip code) of that credit card and see it mismatch the address on my account?

The mismatch of the address could cause a verification issue but PP can't see the true address - only that the address doesn't match the one registered for the card
