paypal on sisters name
 

hi i am a suspended paypal user, so i want to open a new business account on my sisters name (different surname/address/) but i want to use the same business name that i used on my suspended account , would that be a problem ? if yes would changing the business name be enough? but i will still be the director of the business , or should i add my sister as new director for the business ?
and one more thing , if i have a dynamic IP address is that ok ? are do i still have to change something on my computer?

Don't reuse anything. So no, don't use the previously used business name, although you could vary it, ABC Corp becomes ABCD Corp.

Don't use your sister's name. Just don't. All kinds of reasons, but no, don't.

Pick another name, like Under P Ants, or Over L Ord, or some such. :)

They're not going to probe the corporate filings to see if your sister is the 'director', that's a waste of time.

Same Business name will get the accounts linked and limited.

Not sure if they check the directors ID documents.

I wouldn't start an account in a relatives name, it's a bad idea. Better get stealth book and learn what stealth is all about and the open a new account.
