paypal limiting amount can send to seller?

i am tryin to $700 dollars but it says i can only send from card(stealth) or echeque

i can only send $500 max from my funds , tried to send remainin $200 but again says must be from card or echeque?

?verified or not verified paypal account. If not verified that's might be why there's a limit. Also are you getting 'close' to your £1700 amount?
Sign into the account, go to View Limits on Account Overview page. See what is there and if you can resolve anything. Good Luck. :peace:
