Paypal account access is limited due to some significant changes to your account.
 

Today I logged into my PayPal and see a red flag:
We noticed some significant changes to your account activity. To help keep you and the PayPal community secure, we need more information to understand how these changes affect your business.
And require Documents:
ID
Provide proof of your address
Provide shipment info
Provide invoice

But I did not do any change in my PayPal account. Sales not increase too much.It is around 2 months account.
Is any way to restore this Paypal ?

In my case, It happens when you try to sell products of different amounts than your regular selling price
OR
the buyer reported the transaction for items not received or payment not authorized
OR
You have just removed your card from your PayPal account.

No, I did not do any change except I withdrawl every 3 days like regular.
There is more then $800 in this account.
It is stealth. How can I submit the docs.

creative docs will not work for this kind of limitation, just add random images as docs and wait for the ban appeal denied email telling you to wait 180 days for your money.

Not true at all . I have had lots of "luck" adding docs. Sometimes it works sometimes it dont .. I "believe " sometimes its a bot and sometimes its a real review . So sending them a pic of a dog would be just throwing up a white flag I give up hold my money .. I have even been asked for all kinds of docs loaded a few then called them telling them i didnt feel comfortable sending my ssn as i have been a victim of id theft ,they looked over the docs i did send and released the hold on my account .

When was the last time you had luck with docs? If it was a long time ago then yea I agree but PayPal changed alot in the last 1-2 years. some kinds of limitation don't require PayPal to check your docs with a 3rd party service but the one OP is having will require PayPal to check the docs for validation which will result in holding his money and him losing time/money

Just a couple months ago , i changed from selling low priced items to some 300+ items and got this .. sent in invoices few other things and they unlocked it .

I suggest at least saying "based on your experience" to your sentences, unless you have seen it all.

So based on MY experience, real ones may not work, and so goes the other.
It's really up to PP what they really want to do, there's no logic to these monkeys operating the phone and keyboard.

Just try something and if it doesn't work, then make more ebay stealth accounts
