Can i connect a PP from a limited ebay to a new ebay account

Hi i have a question about connecting an old pp account with a new email to a new ebay account.
Is that possible.
I know other way connect new pp to old ebay is 0 issues.
Doing that since years

Potential for problems later on - may last a bit of time but never know when it can go down.

Personally, I don't like the risk of not knowing when account will go down...

The eBay account? or The old PP?
The eBay acccount i dont care actually.

I have to many aged pp laying around.

Either one could go down but it's more likely the new PP will be linked to the old PP. As soon as you add a 2nd Paypal email to eBay, eBay knows it. It's rare for eBay to care unless you're obviously scamming.

Pick up all your aged Paypals and put them in a box or something.

I use aged paypals for other things either websites or buying, for example

Yes it can be linked very quickly. I tried that in the past and it didn't work.

Yeah, you can use the PP's for other sites, just not for EB again.
