PayPal ask to verify adding a bank account

I created an American PayPal account today and received a payment. But the payment is pending and PayPal asks me to verify adding a bank account.
I added payoneer USD bank account for verification. Will it work.

Can someone verify my paypal account

They always ask for a bank account here in the US. Doesn't mean you have to do it, or at least that was the case until recently, now it may not be quite so optional with the April update.

I successfully added my payoneer usd bank account to paypal. But i have to verify by enter two small deposit amount. Waiting for receive two deposit from paypal to my payoneer.

Sometimes you have to call bank for micro deposits, my bank put the two small deposits together on my statement and I had to call to separate.

Payoneer allow stealth?

Payoneer account is in my name. Payoneer rejected 2 small deposited from paypal(I think payoneer rejected because name is not same as on received amount). And now paypal ask me add another bank account.
