eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I have a lot of PayPal accounts with small balance from eBay. Does anyone has an idea how to gather all the balances in one big amount? Please share your experience! Thanks!
I dont want use send because highrisk limit .

just send to another paypal
do a little at a time i do it all the time no problem but do not send as ff or you may flag account

Don't collect funds into one PP. Are you in the US? Why can't you get US bank accounts?

Im contact bank and they said i cant open bank family. I dont know how to have multi bank account number to add many paypal account ?
