Not that I know of, I think there are some that can be topped up indirectly though

Usually its more like you cash out to one thing, then exchange that for something else then top up

You used to (and may well still be able to do it) via Secondlife but you loose quite a lot of money in the process.

im thinking about buying in aliexpress , but they dont accept paypal.
so need for credit card

you can use prepaid cards if your in usa and its a usa account ....walmart and or grocerystore

A lot of my aliexpress suppliers take paypal, you will have to ask them and when you do say you will pay the 4 or 5% fee that they are charged, some will not but a lot of them will especially if you are buying $100 plus. Also some of Alibaba suppliers will do the same if you are buying a large order.

Yes, ask them, all my China vendors take PP but not all advertise it.

As Dallis mentioned above, many of the Chinese vendors (such as from Ali) do indeed accept PayPal if you ask them even though they don't advertise it.

I don't have certain suppliers in aliexpress.

I use aliexpress as a vendor when the item I took from the supplier
is out of stock temporary

I use aliexpress pocket, so to use it I need to charge it via credit card
