Can't send a payment through PayPal
 

So I sold something on ebay on 27 April, 2018. The money is no longer on hold and it's on my available balance since the item has been delivered and my buyer left me a positive feedback.

So today 7 May, 2018 I tried for the first time to transfer $35(Out of $775 available balance) to another PayPal account and I keep getting this error " we can't send your payment right now".

My account aged around 8 months. I called customer support and they mentioned that payment is blocked by their internal security system. The rep told me to wait few days or try different processor.


Any recommendations?

Most people withdraw funds to a bank so I don't think you'll get many suggestions on sending funds to another PayPal account; sometimes you get lucky other time you get blocked. It has a lot to do with both the sending and receiving account. Age doesn't matter.

Need to verify your PayPal account

Withdrawing to bank account is by far the better method here.

Either in the US, or if you talk to some of your local banks they may also have an option for you

if your a usa resident thats easy i also heard the you can get one thru payoneer and regardless you will be able to eventually send just try small amounts and if you get error wait 24 hours and if it does not work wait 36 hours and each time it does not work just add another 12 hours to total time ....this always works for me also fully verified accounts on both sides will help
