best mobile setup?

I want to use my phone on clean ip for ebay stealth. I know of tethering to a laptop and using Firefox but how would you do,this,on an android phone?

what browser would I use to keep info from leaking through eBay/paypal?

any help is appreciated

Try downloading a new browser on your phone and use that just for eBay/PayPal. Don't use it for anything else.

That's one way to go..
