My Visa Debit wasn't accepted so I add to use my bank details
 

Guys, please help me with this.
For my stealth paypal account I opened a new bank account, with the idea of just adding its VISA DEBIT card.
Unfortunately when I tried, the process didn't go through because it also asked for the address, and I obviously couldn't put my real one, so I added the stealth one, and it didn't work. I couldn't also do the verification process after that.
I had to add my normal bank details, and in this case everything went fine and I also completed the verification process.

Is there a way to add my new VISA debit successfully ?
It made me think that if didn't work, then also any other prepaid card wouldn't go through, unless you can buy one using your stealth informations.

Your comments/advices will be much appreciated.

You can't add your own debit card as the avs will fail.

There's no reason to add it anyway, a bank account on its own is good enough.

Depends on the card and the address

If its AVS then the address needs to match

If its not AVS then the address doenst matter

Are prepaid cards the best solution to withdraw money from paypal? Is there a list somewhere that says which one has AVS and which one doesn't?

I don't think you can open more than 1 account with the same bank, I mean the same type of bank account.

What country paypal are you trying to withdraw from? You can only withdraw to a bank account in the UK, not a card.

For UK paypal, you can only withdraw to a bank account. Credit card is for confirmation and spending

So if my ebay/paypal account is suspended, I have to open a new bank account for a new stealth?

What about users that have multiple stealths (like 10 stealths or more), do they have to open a bank account with 10 different banks?

Are there virtual bank accounts also?

That's correct :)

There's online only banks, check out uaccount.
