PP address verification Latvia

After reach EUR 2500 , pp sent me notice that I need to provide documents. So now I need to address proof for Latvian account , physically I am not in LV. Please advice legit people or services who can professionally help me with that.

Bumping this because interest, not for Latvia, but for Estonia. Started my own separate thread but was told to add to another thread instead.

Are there any services to handle the address verification, or is there any place I can find Estonian utility bills online? I'm very well skilled with Photoshop so doctoring a document would not be a problem for me. Already checked the Darkweb markets for this service, but no luck.
