cant refund a buyer with GBP

hello
some guy buy item with GBP,ask for refund.problem is my balance is USD. i tried to give him refund but paypal not exchange the currencies ,now i have minus GBP at my account..

some1 can help me with advice please?

You should be able to transfer your USD balance over to your GPB wallet

PayPal I expect will do it automatically if you dont within a few days

Hello thanks for comment , how i transfer USD to GBP balance? i dont find this option
