Can I use Credit card again in PayPal

If I used a credit card on one account on payPal 1 month ago ( without verifying it). Can I use it again on another PayPal account if It's already REMOVED from the first account?

Use a VCC if possible or request a new Credit Card from your service provider if you really need to use a credit card.

Why use a credit card though? For funding?
