Question on submitting document to paypal

I have been told to submit my proof of address to paypal, however my document is a digital bill (in pdf format ) and not paper, would paypal have any problem with this?

If I am asked to submit both ID and proof of address, do I have to submit both at the sametime or can it be done separately?

If in doubt, I would print it and get a nice picture with camera/cellphone so it will look like a real doc.

Then submit the jpg after having removed all the exif data with something like BatchPurifier ;)
