Confirming Debit or Credit Card

Hello,

So I'm trying to verify my account to remove the withdrawal limit. I already confirmed my bank, however, it says I need to do one of the following-

My question is, if I bought a VCC here, how can I confirm it?

You add the card, request the code and then enter the code into PP when you get it

I already added a VCC from a seller here awhile back so requesting the code wouldn't be an option right? Would I have to buy another one here and ask the seller if they can send me the code?

Ask seller if he can still get code if not then buy another one and request code within the same week and ask seller for code

Thanks guys.
I just bought a new VCC here and the seller gave me the code to confirm.
Fast and easy and now I can withdraw more.

You know if youre in the US you can get one at any convenience store as well - most prepaid gift cards would work for this purpose.
