Creating a Paypal for purchasing purposes

I would like to have my own US Paypal account for purchasing purposes only.
I have a US credit card, and I'll add an address (same zip code as mine) and a name close to mine (my real info is blocked with PP)
I don't plan to add any bank account.
Of course, I'll be using a different IP and different PC

If I keep purchasing moderately will I ever be asked for SSN or phone verification?
Any further advice?

They don't ask for SSN for purchases

I don't have any money incoming on Paypal currently, and my old account was already limited because of breaking their TOS (few years ago).
Currently I don't plan on selling anything, but in case I need to send money to someone, or to buy something, I need to have a Paypal account.
