Question about new PayPal account w/ Fresh IP
 

Hey guys I have a few questions about Freshly made new PayPal accounts on the Fresh VPNs from the IPBurger Fresh VPN service. (Fresh Fresh Fresh, sorry)

I'm wondering if I can make a new PayPal account(not real information) on a fresh IP address(VPN) that I bought from IPBurger, Then proceed to receive a payment (Goods & Services) without verifying anything except E-mail, Then send the received money to my main PayPal.

Can I rinse and repeat this cycle with one time payments of $200 or less or will this incur a PayPal limitation and I won't be able to move the money out of the new account without verifying any other information?

Main PayPal account will be totally separate IP,cache, ETC.

If that won't work what would I have to verify with the PayPal account before receiving $200 or less one time payments(Goods & Services) so I won't have PayPal limitations when sending to my main PayPal. Should I have smaller payments or is $200 or less ok?

Sooner or later, Paypal will catch on that you're funneling money constantly into the same account. You'll be okay for a bit, but down the line, definitely limited.

Would this work for me though? No limitations on the newly opened account under fresh VPN IP?

I'm seeing that brand new accounts created as of two weeks go only gave me two options....verify a bank account or verify via social security number and address.

eta: this would mean that you wouldn't be able to forward the money unless you do two of the above. I'm not sure if this option goes away after a few days. I have two bank accounts that I was able to attach to both accounts.
