Eu paypal for buying

hi all,

I need to open stealth paypal account in EU(any country) for buying only,

Probs:
1)can't use my own bank account for funding (any idea of online banks so can reload paypal to pay)
2)can't find any card to use directly to pay with paypal (not physically present in EU)

Tried using transferwise, n26 and hype (they suspend accounts for no reasons as reviewed by many clients and block money too)

Any suggestions?

Buying accounts are usually not a problem. Money can flow from bank or card to PayPal account with no issues.

Italian Bancoposta works with Debit Card and/or IBAN. You can use one of the two.

First of all you should change your flag so there are no useless answer to your question.

How can we give you advice if we do not even know where you are? Should we guess you are not in EU... maybe yes?
