what the hell is this, i had a family member send me some Money $300 eairlier today an paypal won't let me withdraw it to my bank, i keep getting this message (Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later.) what this all about?

Did you find out about this? I'm having the same issue. I transfered money to my daughter account and now she can't transfer it to her bank account. She gets the same message:"Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later."

I presume she withdrew as soon as it hit her account. I'd wait a few days before trying to initiate a withdrawal.

You just need to wait 3 days and it goes away. Also never withdraw the full amount do 90%/ 80%

You need to withdraw smaller amounts first with new accounts
