Money is NOT released after 21 day
 
Money came from ebay to paypal. Payment was put on hold for 21 days. No holds, no cases, no disputes, everything ok, but it is 25 days already and money is not released. In paypal it says this payment gonna be released on 20th, but now is 24th and no changes..
Anyone seen that before?

Sounds like a glitch.
You might have to call paypal about it.
Has this happened on one single payment? more than one?

Its one account and very 1st payment on it yet. Never seen this before. However it is a big-test account. Pp is set up as UK account but used my country ip. Also couple of weeks ago add bank account. Also there is no mobile phone number on account. But really do not think any of thous makes a difference in this.

No it does not show delivered.

Also other 2 accounts which are registered on UK now counting 22 days and money is not released in non of them. The rest of accounts which are in my country functions normally- releases automatically after 21 day.

So what is the big deal with UK paypals???

You must not be using tracking numbers. Also, if it shows as an international sale, holds are longer than 21 days. 27 days I believe.
